Wheat Flour This flour is made from the hard wheat of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lemnosbakery.gr\/el\/afierwmata\/protogenis-tomeas\/h-lhmnos\">local \u201cLimnos\u201d variety<\/a>, cultivated by If needed, add a little more lukewarm water (I had to!). <\/li>\n<li>Let it rise: Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a lightly greased bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and a clean towel, then let it rise for 1 to 1.5 hours in a warm place until it doubles in size.<\/li>\n<li>Second knead: Once the dough has risen, knead it again briefly and set it aside while you prepare your toppings. You can roll it out by hand or use a rolling pin for a thin and crispy base.<\/li>\n<li>Shape and top the dough: Form your dough into your preferred shape and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the surface. Add the mushrooms and turkey slices, then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top.  <\/li>\n<li>Season: Finish with a pinch of black pepper and oregano, and drizzle with a little olive oil. <\/li>\n<li>Bake the pizza:Preheat the oven to 220-230\u00b0C (428-446\u00b0F).
