From these local wheat grains, we create a unique product: Sweet Wheat Trahana from Lemnos. This traditional Greek pasta is made from coarsely ground <strong>hard wheat from Lemnos<\/strong>, combined with <strong>fresh <\/strong> pasteurized <strong>cow\u2019s milk<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p>Rich in <strong>fiber<\/strong>, <strong>protein<\/strong>, and <strong>carbohydrates<\/strong> Nutritious and ideal for children, as the milk content boosts protein and calcium
