In order to carry out specific actions through lemnosbakery.gr such as subscribing to a newsletter or filling out the contact form, the visitor/user will be asked to disclose some personal information.

The necessary data to be requested are: Name, a contact phone number and email address. The data of registered users will not be disclosed, published or sold to third parties in any way, unless the procedure established by the legislation for the lifting of confidentiality (Law 2225/1994) or any obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006 is initiated.

DELETION – ACCESS – CORRECTION

In the event that personal data is leaked or suspected to be leaked, from the company’s records, in any way, the company is obliged to inform within 72 hours the person/s concerned as well as the Data Protection Authority.
