The multi-purpose venue “APOTHIKI”, in collaboration with Taste Limnos and Lemnos Wine Trades, organizes a unique culinary journey for all visitors to the island as well as its permanent residents. This festival is different from the others, as it offers not only a largely complete gastronomic experience but also gives those who wish the opportunity to purchase the products they desire, so that when they return home, their luggage will carry not only memories but also stimuli to frequently recall Lemnos and everything associated with it.
A special surprise at the Gastronomy & Wine Festival, Lemnos Philema, is that chef Alexandros Papandreou will cook live! We can’t wait to try the dishes he will create using products from Lemnian producers participating in the festival!
The “PORIAZI FAMILY LEMNOS” is pleased to accept the invitation to be among the producers presenting their products for tasting and purchase by the festival visitors. There, you will find a variety of rusks, moubkistes (traditional sweet bites), as well as our new products “Lemnos Flour” from hard wheat of Limnos and traditional pasta “Flomaria”.
We will be there on Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
