Flomari is a traditional local pasta made from high-quality wheat flour from Lemnos, fresh pasteurized cow’s milk, and free-range eggs.
It is a pure and natural product, as it is non-GMO, free from preservatives, and low in salt content.
What sets Flomari apart from common hilopites is that, unlike most pasta made from semolina, Flomari is made from Lemnos wheat flour. It is featured in many traditional recipes of the island, paired with meat, vegetables, or soups.
