Barley Rusks Without Added Salt
Our Stone-Milled Barley Rusks Without Added Salt are made with natural sourdough and flour from locally grown barley of the “Panagia” variety, which we cultivate ourselves. They contain no added salt or sodium, making them ideal for those mindful of their diet and health.
They are a rich source of dietary fiber, providing well-known benefits for the human body. They also contain beta-glucan (at least 1g per serving), which helps maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood. These beneficial effects are achieved with a daily intake of 3g of beta-glucans from barley, barley bran, oats, oat bran, or a combination of these sources.
