Made from 100% wheat of the “Lemnos” variety, cultivated on the island of Lemnos by the Poriazis Family and collaborating farmers.
A non-genetically modified product. Rich in dietary fiber, low in salt content. It also contains a high amount of unsaturated fats. Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet helps maintain normal blood levels. Oleic acid is classified as an unsaturated fat.
